Happy Thursday, East Cobb! 🍂

Fall festivities are in full swing this weekend with HarvestFest taking over Marietta Square on Saturday. The annual celebration brings over 50 arts and crafts vendors, Touch-A-Truck experiences, and those hilariously messy pie-eating contests we all look forward to.

Meanwhile, the future of wellness just arrived at Avenue East Cobb with AI-powered massage pods and infrared saunas.

Whether you're hunting for the perfect starter home or planning your weekend adventures, there's plenty happening in our corner of Cobb County.

You can find me this weekend at Avenue LIVE. See more about the below in our list of events.

Best,

Andrew

P.S. - Did anyone else try to snag a slice during Cobb Foodie Week? With 72 restaurants participating, we're still working through our favorites!

🏄 Playa Bowls - Surf Vibes & Superfruits
Get ready to ride the wave - Playa Bowls is bringing Jersey Shore surf shack energy to East Cobb! Opening in early November, they'll serve up Instagram-worthy açai and pitaya bowls loaded with fresh fruits, granola, and creative toppings. With smoothies, fresh juices, and that beachy vibe we're somehow craving in landlocked Georgia, this is about to become your post-workout reward spot.

🧘 Pause Studio: Where AI Meets Zen

Avenue East Cobb, 4475 Roswell Rd

East Cobb entrepreneurs Lisa and Evan Benson just opened the area's first high-tech wellness center, and it's unlike anything we've seen. AI-powered massage pods that learn your pressure preferences, infrared saunas for recovery, sensory deprivation float tanks, and guided cold plunge therapy - it's like stepping into a wellness center from 2035. The contrast therapy protocol (alternating between infrared heat and cold plunge) is proven to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and speed up muscle recovery - benefits that local athletes and weekend warriors are already discovering. Early reviews are raving about the robotic massages that somehow feel more intuitive than human hands. They're offering free trial sessions for new members through October!
